For UPS orders, you can trackyour order on and for USPS orders, you can track your order within 48 hours on All packages which ships via UPS or USPS Priority Mail will accompanydelivery confirmation #, once the package tracking info shows delivery confirmed, will not be responsible for any stolen or lost packages once the package is confirmed delivered by our tracking system. For any orders that does not need to be left without customer's consent please comment on comment line for the carrier to not leave the package. You can also comment on a designated area you would like the carrier to leave the package. If you need the order
    by a certain date when choosing one of our express shipping methods, we recommend that this date is clearly written on the comment line. We will do our best to accommodate this for all of our customers. If we are not able to meet this date, we will contact you b e-mail.

    All Next Day/Express and 2nd day Air, 3 Day Select Services are referred to the actual TRANSIT TIME, not referred to the actual order processing time.     We do not ship our orders to an address other than billing due to security purposes exception of apo and fpo orders. Orders submitted with ship to and bill to in another state will not be processed and may be rejected without further notice or may automatically ship to the billing address without notice.     Same Day Shipping & Delivery Dates is one of the fastest shippers on the Internet. If you place your order Monday - Friday before 5pm est, the order will usually ship the same day, but is not guaranteed. Orders placed after the 6pm est cutoff will usually ship the next business day. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed between Friday 6pm eastern time and Monday 5pm eastern time will usually ship that Monday.     Exchange & Refund Policy  

    If you’re not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, we offer
    exchange, refund, or in store credit. We offer simple, quick and easy exchange for another color or style. Exchanges apply only to eligible items (see below). We do not sell refurbished or previously
    owned products.  All items purchased are brand new.  In order for us to return these products to the manufacturer, a 15% restocking fee will be applied for all exchanged merchandise.  Refunds will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

    • 15% Restocking Fees will be charged with your eligible exchange. Shipping charges will apply.
    • 30% Restocking Fee on all refund requests.
    • The same credit card and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply for your
    exchange order, unless specified otherwise on the Exchange Note.
    • Any balance remaining after your exchange will be kept as an in store credit.

    Exchange & Refund Product Eligibility

    Eligible product(s):

    • Must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags
    attached) and in original packaging.
    • Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for any return)
    • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your original order.

    Ineligible Product(s):

    • Costume wigs, last call or clearance items, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, and
    special order items are not exchangeable or refundable.  

    • If product(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be
    ineligible and deemed unauthorized.
    • All electrical appliances carry a full manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for
    additional information should you need a replacement.

    If your product is ineligible for exchange or return, we will:  
    • Return the item(s) to you at your cost. Shipping cost will be applied to the credit card number used for purchase.

    Note: If you receive style/color help from our experts and the suggestions are not satisfactory, exchange
    fees and/or handling fees are not waived. Please choose carefully.

    How to Request an Exchange

    Requests for exchange must be made within 14 business days of receipt of product(s). Exchanges must be pre–authorized by with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
    Without an RMA the item(s) will incur a 50% unauthorized product fee.

    Please do the following only after you are sure your item(s) is eligible:

    1. Email to request your RMA number.
    Be sure to include your ORDER # with this request. You will receive an email response with your RMA
    number and instructions on how to exchange and return the product.
    2. Exchange items must be returned to within 14 days from receipt of the RMA number.
    Once receives your exchange package, please allow up to 5 business days for the
    exchange process to complete.

    How to Prepare Your Exchange Package

    Outside of Package:
    1. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Packages with no
    visible RMA will be refused.
    2. Ship item(s) in a sturdy cardboard box with all original packaging as damaged packages are ineligible
    for exchange.
    3. Include a copy of the Packing Slip, including a note including which item(s) you would like to
    exchange for. This information should include item number, quantity, and price.

    Shipping Costs on Exchange

    Shipping charge of $8.95 or more will apply on all exchanges depending on the weight of the package.
    We ship via UPS or USPS, unless instructions in the exchange package specify otherwise.

    Insufficient Address

    Packages returned due to insufficient address or unclaimed will not qualify for a refund. This
    includes any packages that was shipped to the address entered by the customer. We cannot
    alter any shipping address prior to shipping unless specified by the customer. We can reship
    at a surcharge or be eligible for store credit only. Shipping charges are not refundable.

    Changes to Order

    A fee of $5.00 will automatically be charged for any changes or modifications you request to your order
    after the order is placed. This includes item, color, payment, shipping, or coupon redemption changes.
    Requests for changes must be approved from our shipping department to ensure the order has not been processed or shipped. Changes must be e-mailed to

    If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waiting list. We will promptly

    Cancellation or Refusal Policy
    All of our orders are processed and shipped immediately to expedite your orders. Order cancellations
    made after you have submitted your order will not be accepted. Color changes to an order will be given
    all effort, but may not be fulfilled. For any shipments returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal upon delivery, there will be an additional shipping charge added to reship. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Once a refused package is returned to us, a restocking fee charge of 40% will be deducted from the total. Orders may reship without notice to the corrected address or with another shipping carrier.

    Address Change/Update Policy
    Any address change request made via e-mail or phone after the order has been processed and during
    the transit via UPS will be charged $10.00 automatically upon customer's request to change or update

    Stock Availability Question
    Any item/items that are listed on our site is in stock ready to ship. Any items that does not have an
    ADD TO CART button are not available. These items may have been discontinued or not yet released
    by the manufacturer. We do not have any estimated dates of availability on any of unavailable items.

    Lost or Stolen Packages will not be responsible for stolen packages after the merchandise has been confirmed to have been delivered according to our tracking system. We will do our best to inquire USPS and UPS to help you assist in retrieving your package. If the package was left by UPS and you do not have your package, please contact us at immediately for us to start an investigation with UPS. They will complete the investigation within 7 business days. We will reship the package at this point by requiring signature for the replacement. will not reship any replacement package without the completed investigation by UPS.

    Risk of Loss makes every effort possible to prepare and ship out items in a timely manner. Once item(s) leave our warehouse, risk of loss is passed on to the purchaser and we cannot be held responsible for any items that have yet to arrive in customers possession. We will be glad to prepare a case with the United States Postal Service in order to have them investigate where the item is. The USPS will then contact customer and will do its best to resolve the situation. We cannot be held responsible and will not be able to refund or send a replacement due to loss, stolen packages, or late arrivals.
